Pacific Shaving Company Review & Giveaway

Pacific Shaving Company is an interesting company that creates shaving products that are good for you, your wallet, and the earth! Pacific Shaving Company goes by the motto ‘Small But Mighty’! These products are great for both men and women so there is no more need to buy two different products for the same purpose in your household.

Review
Pacific Shaving Company sells two great products: the Nick Stick and All Natural Shaving Oil.

The Nick Stick is an innovative product that tackles the problem of nicks caused by shaving. This small and powerful Nick Stick contains vitamins A & E, plus aloe, to soothe and promote healing of your skin. The Nick Stick is beneficial because it will stop bleeding quickly, it dries clear, and it rolls on easily. At the low price of $5.95, this is a great product to have in each bathroom for those emergency shaving disasters!

I had the opportunity to test out Pacific Shaving Company’s All Natural Shaving Oil. This shaving oil is ideal for all skin types, including sensitive, tough, or dry skin. Each bottle is extremely small but is said to last up to 100 shaves! All you need is 6-8 drops per shave. In addition, this shaving oil is supposed to leave a ‘consistently smooth shave and practically eliminating nicks and razor burn.’ Finally, this shaving oil claims to leave your skin feeling conditioned instead of oily.

When I first received the All Natural Shaving Oil, my first thought was “How on earth am I going to get 100 shaves out of this tiny little bottle?” The first time I tried it, I used 6-8 drops of shaving oil, just as the instructions said. Even though the oil felt like hardly anything on my skin, I was surprised that I was easily able to shave without nicking myself. In addition, this product left my legs feeling silky smooth. One of my favorite things about this product is that it is good for sensitive skin. Since my skin is quite sensitive and very dry in the wintertime, this is a necessity in a shaving product. Finally, I absolutely love the size of this bottle; it is so small and compact which makes it ideal for traveling.

How many winners will there be? Two.

What can you win? Each winner will receive either a bottle of All Natural Shaving Oil or the Nick Stick from Pacific Shaving Company (their choice).

To enter, tell me the thing you hate most about shaving. Do not say the thing you hate most about shaving is shaving. This will not count as an entry.

Shaving legs is too time consuming and boring. I know my hubby would love this stuff. And YES, I do shave my legs.

I hate how long it seems to take--I have a new baby and it seems that every time I take a shower and shave, my baby starts to scream his head off. Then I inevitably nick myself because I"m always in a hurry. Sigh. . .

Ok honestly I cannot stand red bumps and the itchyness that goes with it. I think I am on the verge of turning into a man from all the uncomfy feelings a woman has to go through. :P :P :P

Following you! Thanks for letting me enter. Was anice little vent there :D

I hate that we can't just buy a good shaver and stick with it for the next couple years. Usually, you have to change the heads. You don't need to do that for the big ones that guys buy.

I hate that I have to always shave even if there is barely any hair. It's alright for some people since you can't always see the hair on their light skin or their dark hair on their dark skin, but if you have light hair on dark skin or the other way around, it's a bit less easy. spamisafish (at) gmx (dot) com

My eyesight is between near-sighted and far-sighted, so what I hate most about shaving is I always find a section I missed near the ankle. And from the length of the hair there, I must miss it 4 or 5 times in a row.

Shelley said...

Shaving is just a chore. I would like it better if it seemed like it (the results) lasted longer. Also, I am on Coumadin, so for me, I have to use one of those electric razors which doesn't really give you a GOOD result.

SIGH!!

Thanks for a great review and giveaway :)

Stubble -- seems like you can never get EVERY hair, and to get truly stubble-free closeness, you have to chew up your skin with the razor (pressing too hard, etc).

When I was younger I hated shaving because it made the hairs grow back thicker and more of it. Now that I am older, there is not a lot left to shave, but I still have to do it and it makes my skin feel so dry.

I hate not so much the shaving but the hair. Let's face it if we didn't have the hair that keeps growing back we wouldn't have to shave to start with. But Since the question is what do you dislike about shaving I would have to say cutting myself since sometimes it takes a while to stop the bleeding and I'm in a hurry trying to get ready for work and I end up being late.Grrrrr
If that Nick Stick really works it would be a great little item for sure! Thanks for Sharing.
