Lady Linen & Co. Review & Giveaway

When looking for custom or personalized items, embroidery is a great direction to go in.  Lady Linen & Co. offers custom and personalized embroidered gifts that are perfect for anyone on your list!  I first came across Lady Linen when looking for customized gifts for my wedding party and for a wedding keepsake for me and my future husband. 

As I looked through Lady Linen, I noticed the breadth of items that are offered as well as the reasonable prices.  Lady Linen offers clothing, totes, stuff for the kitchen, bath, bedroom, and more!  Lady Linen adds new items on a regular basis.  Besides the items I received for review, I'm a definite fan of the 'High Class Blogger' rhinestone t-shirt!  Another thing that is great about Lady Linen is her willingness to work on customized designs upon request; Jennifer explains that custom designs are actually her speciality!  Lady Linen has over 50,000 embroidery designs and will create anything from baby showers, to graduations, to anniversaries.  If you can dream it, Lady Linen can create it!

I'd love to tell you a bit more about the ower of Lady Linen.  Lady Linen started when Jennifer left her full time job to stay at home with her children (due to her husband's regular travel for business).  Since her husband's job is as an Industrial Embroidery Machine Technican, this naturally led Jennifer to an interest in creating beautiful embroidered items.  Jennifer originally started selling on Ebay (you can check out lady_linen on Ebay to read feedback).  After much success on Ebay and the opportunity (time) to put a website together, the Lady Linen online store was born! Jennifer says that "Lady Linen & Co.'s goal is to give 110% to every customer."

Review

Jennifer from Lady Linen offered to send me custom tote bags for me and my bridesmaids.  The totes that Jennifer sent me were based on the Personalize Tote Bags - 18 colors that are listed on the Lady Linen Website.  I was excited about this opportunity because it gives me the chance to review both the products received and Jennifer's custom work.  I'd also like to mention that in addition to the tote bags, Jennifer sent me a custom afghan to match the design on the totes.  This product will be reviewed in another review/giveaway in the coming weeks.

After Jennifer and I had worked out all the details of the review/giveaway, it was time to get started discussing my custom design!  This process was fabulous!  Jennifer is very dedicated to creating a design that suits your style and ideas.  First I told Jennifer which colors and fonts I wanted featured on the totes.  Then, Jennifer provided me with a number of ideas, I gave her my ideas, and she melded the two together.  She took a bit of time to work on some sample designs and sent me copies via email.  I then wrote back to her with a few changes here and there.  She seems more than happy to make the needed changes.  Just above you will see the first proof that I received.  Finally, we worked through the minor changes and came up with a beautiful design that suited my vision.  Below is a picture of the final products I received for review.  I acknowledge that these pictures were taken by me not Lady Linen & Co.

Overall, I was extremely impressed with both the products and the service received.  I have shown other people the review items I received and they were extremely impressed with the quality and custom aspects of the totes.  These totes are extremely high quality (nice thick material that is sewn to last), the embroidery and the best I've seen, and I love the two pockets contained on the inner part of the tote!  It is evident that Jennifer is dedicated to her job and takes pride in offer personalized service and high quality products to each of her customers.  It is evident that Jennifer gives the 110% that she promises!

So, would I purchase from Lady Linen in the future?  Without a doubt!  Her prices are extremely reasonable and her products are top of the line!  One item I would love to see added to her shop in the future are personalized robes.  Otherwise, I'm very impressed with the large number of items she offers.
